Mini Red Potatoes with Lemon Rosemary Jelly
Ingredients:
– Mini Red Potatoes (or any other type of potatoes)
– Lemon Rosemary Jelly
– Salt and Pepper (to taste)
– Olive Oil
Directions:
1. Chop potatoes in quarters.
2. Place in a mixing bowl add the oil, salt, and pepper. Combine well.
3. Place in the airfryer at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until your desired liking.
4. Immediately potatoes from the airfryer and place in mixing bowl and add the desired amount of jelly. Mix until the heat from the potatoes has loosed up the jelly and is well combined.
5. ENJOY!!!
